Bruised Rib? or Worse?!

Question: Well, I've had this slight pain in my ribs for about 3 months now, and it's not to the point where i can't breath or anything but if anyone touches or pokes my ribs it hurts a lot. 2 days ago the pain got really bad, because i ran into a wall like the genius i am. But I feel better now, but i still have that pain when i get poked in the ribs or if i slightly touch it. Is it bruised? or..should i just go to the doctors?

You can break a rib by just like bending from the front seat to back seat and ribs crunching on the arm rest...
weird stuff like that...
or
you could have an abscess under there somewhere that needs to be taken care of.
...it would be best to get that checked out to see if you have a cracked rib or abscess or other damage...

well i would get into a doctor asap. my mom had the same exact thing, exept she broke a few ribs! so she got an inhaler with speacial medication and they heald right up again.

You should definitly go to a doctor... Go to the ER because they will help you faster. They need to do a chest x-ray and a side x-ray of your ribs. If there cracked and you dont seek medical attention it can cause permenent damage. If there bruised they will give you pain medication and instructions.
