Knee, painless and yet odd?!

Question: I do not do a lot of activity, but I did play basketball yesterday and I have a dance routine--not complicated or stressing, moreso light, with this play I am. Out of the blue I noticed my knee was having problems. It began to feel odd when I placed my right leg straight. Right below in a curved sequence of my front knee is an empty like feeling, very odd, I cannot quite explain. Any suggestions? I have a jogging class for college in 30 minutes, what should I do?

I'd suggest that if you feel your knee is 'not right' you shouldn't go jogging on it. Give it a rest then see how it is later and if necessary go and see someone.

In the meantime check for signs of inlamation; redness, swelling etc.
