Not sure when your last cup of caffeine is in your day in relationship to how close it is to sleep. It is important to stop early so the caffeine can leave your system.

If you KNOW you are sleeping soundly through the night and you are still tired, I would suggest going to the doctor for a check up and test with your thyroid gland. It may be running a little off and you might need some meds to bring it up to speed...

If you are not sleeping soundly...there are several mechanisms which may be waking you without your knowledge.

You can be sensitive to light and or noise or other things...I doubt you are an Indigo and that would be the last place I would check into...

Good luck and pleasant dreams!

Depressed?

How long this been going on?

There's so many reasons why you could feel like this. A Dr. is the only one that can really help you. Get a blood test to start with. It could be low iron, depression, diabetes, or a million other things.
