Will laying down and just resting refresh your body like sound sleep?!

No, your body needs to get to the REM stage of sleep for hours before it can be totally rested and refreshed.

no but power naps are good

It does help me a lot! I never stay resting or napping for more than 20-30 min.

sometimes..:) you know that it's better to take a nap than to fall in a deep sleep
