Anyone know of a great pain killer?!
Question: Back problems, but do not want to take narcotics. Any suggestions other than the same ole' heat pads, ice packs, warm baths etc. I am past all that and just do not want to start narcs. I took them before but they space me out too much. I need an herbal or home remedy that WORKS....
