Best remedy for neck muscle pain...?!
Question: I woke up this morning and noticed that when I turned my head to my left my neck was stiff and it hurt. It doesn't hurt if I don't turn my head but once I turn it my neck feels stiff and starts hurting. I don't know if it's the muscles or nerves. What do you think it is? What's the best way to help with the pain?

I'm guessing you slept wrong and twisted something. It has happened to me before. I wouldn't worry. I'd do some gentle stretching of the muscle and perhaps get it massaged if you have someone that would do that for you.
I find Ibuprofen works wonders. Also, try exercising it by slowly/gently rolling your head around on your neck, stretching the neck muscles.
take 2 Aleeve
Take some ibuprofen and get somone to massage your neck. It may actually hurt a little when they start massaging, but it will definatley make it feel better after a couple minutes.
