Take a mug of medium hot water n add 2tspnof table salt then gurgle with that solution upto 15 to 20 minutes.
Than take a cup of black tea added with ginger.
Do this thin twice daily.
If you don't get well with in 3 days you have to consult a doctor.
Cause than there may be a chance of bacterial sore throat.

The early sumptoms are pain during dgutination

If ur throat looks very red and swelled in mirror. Than immidiately go to consult a doc.

The main microorganism of bacterial sore throat:

Mainly penicillin or penicillin derivetives
Or Erythromycine

Now a days highly effective anti-biotics are available.

If you dont treat this bacterial sore throat you can got

1. Rumatic fever
2. Acute Glomerulonephritis (Disease of kidney).

So be carefull.
This is 100% treatable disease dont panic.
Take care and get well soon.
Thank you

go to the doctor, they can tell u if it is just a sore throat, a virus, or strep throat.

Drink a warm cup of Chicken Broth :0)

if it hurts to drink water, drink milk or 7-up.

Look in the mirror at your throat.Look around and see if you have any white patches,if so then you have strep throat and will need antibiotics.

Try popsicles, gargling salt water (enough to make the water taste salty), and take Tylenol or Motrin. TRY NOT TO EAT TOO MUCH DAIRY. I've experienced this: milk makes your sore throat even worse.

USE SALT IN WARM WATER AND GARGLE.

either go to doc or gargle salty water.
