I hit my nose?!
Question: i hit my nose pretty hard (didn't break it) and a bump formed on the bridge of my nose, I've been icing it, will it go down? its only been a day

Ice will help with the swelling and you can take some asprin to help with the pain. Asprin is a vsodiolator and will help reduce the blood flow to the injured area. If the pain is not gone in a day or so you should speak with your care provider.
If it isn't broke icing it will bring the swelling down. Don't put ice directly on the nose wrap ice in a cloth then apply to the nose. Hopefully the swelling will go down. If this doesn't help and you start feeling like you can't breathe seek medical attention immediately.
