How long does midrin take to start working?!

Question: I have a killer migraine. I just got midrin prescribed by my doctor on monday, so this is the 1st time I have taken it.
I took it an hour ago. my killer migraine is still here......:(

First congratulations on your upcoming wedding. I usually suggest my patients try taking the medication 2 tabs at onset then one per hour up to 5 per 24 hours. Call your physician and see if that is acceptable.

I'm not sure what your doctor told you about your medication but I was told to take one and if it didn't work after an hour to take another, until it was gone but not to take over 5 of them over a 24 hour period. You may want to Google it and make sure I'm giving the correct information. The pills didn't work for me, but good luck. I know how you feel.
