Should I worry if I'm always tired lately?!

Question: Lately for the past few months, my energy levels dropped tremendously. I'm the kind of person who likes to sleep a lot sometimes but thats usually by choice. Lately my body gets so tired and I fall asleep by 10-10:30pm.

Before I used to work 8-5, go to the gym till 7, go home make dinner, shower, watch a movie, go online, read a book or play a game and sleep at midnight and continue the cycle. Then I stopped the gym but I was still active, always going out and doing things. I was at this point having a long distance relationship and I drove 1 hr away everyweekend and still had lots of energy through the week.

Now I dont do anything. I work 8-5, go home have dinner and start to feel really tired. I dont want to do anythign active. I'm also no longer in a long distance relationship. I feel crappy like this coz I'm one of those people that feel good when I'm active and always have something to do. I realized I am also lacking goals lately and i am very goal oriented. Is that why?

You're energy slump could very well be caused by lack of physical activity. Exercise, even in small doses, will boost energy levels. Start becoming active again (gym time, or at home workouts...nothing too strenuous) and be sure to mind your diet. Certain foods (processed, sugary foods)can cause your blood sugar to skyrocket, and then plummet shortly after. To avoid that crash, choose complex carbs, whole grains, lean protein, and fruits and veggies. Make eating right and squeezing in some exercise one of your goals.

If you don't start feeling better soon, see your doctor. If you think your lack of energy is caused by a psychological condition, like depression, see your doctor.

look i would go see a naturopath and get a phisical get some blood test they will tell you what your lack of is your amuin system is being attacked you so need to find the cause it can be anything cancer ,std please get checked now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
