Question: RAZOR BURN!!! my bf gets this pretty bad every once ina while but its bad and looks painful whats ur suggestion I have tried switching up his product but this doesnt seem to wrk.

Try an electric shaver. And dont use any creams or gels. After put on a light hypo-allerganic moisturizer.
Or if he insists on a razor then use one with multiple blades, always a new one, and the hypo-allergenic moisturizer as shaving cream. And remind him that one does not need a lot of down pressure to shave. You are suppose to just drag the razor across the skin.
maybe some women's products.
or maybe you need a tougher bf.

you can rub chamomile lotion on it (make sure it is not full of fragrances), best is no fragrance at all. You can also just take a hot bath before you bathe and soak in it for a while, also change your razor blade as often as possible that will avoid razor burn as well. Razor burn mostly occurs if you use an older used blade. Ever tried to epilate instead of shaving?
He should get a shaving cream with more moisturizer in it, and after he's through shaving, DON"T use after shave because the alcohol in it will irritate the exposed skin more. I then follow-up with Vaseline Advanced Healing cream. This should work fine. Good luck, hope you don't get whisker burn!
