I have the same issue, and I know how frustrating it can be.

its a bad time of year for dust, chances are that is what is affecting you. What happens is your sinuses are extremely dry and it causes everything in there to crack. Use some mild saline spray to keep it moist in there (it can be used more often then nasonex) This should help with the blood a bit.

I have this problem and even with treatment I always get clots out of my nose so you will probably always have a little bit of blood. Saline spray is my best friend, it keeps the pain down too!

dust allergies shouldn't cause bloody sputum. it should cause watery eyes, sneezing, itching, etc. Oh, and read up it nasonex. its an steroid nasal spray responsible for decreasing inflammation in your upper respiratory track (nose tissues, Eustachian tube, etc.), and its only supposed to be used for 3 days and then stopped for a week or two. thats stated on the directions and your pharmacist or doctor should had made you aware. You are likely suffering from rebound congestion (its an actual disease/problem). Research it on google or ask your doctor and lay off the nasonex.
