Remember not to overdose if taking any medications.
Also, remember to relax in your sleep.
Before you go to bed sit down on the floor.
Close your eyes, and do some easy exercises.
Whither it be gently stretching your legs, or stretching your arms.
Relax.
Think of something peaceful when in bed and trying to sleep.
Did something good happen today?
Think about that.
Focus on the good things, not the bad.
Remember not to eat anything an hour before bed, and take a small drink of water before, or to bed with you.

Hope you get everything sorted out

Try running around 5 or 6 pm get home clean up, eat and get ready for bed around 8 and you should sleep well.

Try to sleep continuously at a stretch , it may help
