Why does tanning make me dizzy??!

Question: I would suggest you're giving yourself heat stroke/sun stroke. You're better off not using a tanning bed if that's what you're doing. The unnatural UV light is highly concentrate and whilst that may help speed up the tanning process it has been linked to causing skin cancer.

Get some natural sunlight and you shouldn't have the dizziness and other side affects you're having at the moment.

If you're adament about using tanning beds (don't say I didn't warn you) then only go for very short sessions and keep yourself well hydrated. In Australia it's illegal to go to a tanning salon 2 days in a row; you should probably use that as a bit of a guide too.

It matters. It might be the sun boiling your brain?

Are you in the stand up or lay down beds? I always get dizzy in the standing booths, I think it is the heat.
