Healthcare?!

Question: I am on soonercare health insurance (I think its only available in Oklahoma) and I am taking pain medication for back problems. Well... I just called my pharmacy and they have my prescription ready but they informed me that I will have to pay out of pocket because my insurance won't pay it this time. She said "maybe it has too many punches?" She couldn't really answer any of my questions and I plan on calling my provider tomorrow but can't right now because they are closed. Im just really curious. Maybe it's because I got it refilled to closely to the one before? My doctor told me to get a refill about 5-7 days before I run out ( I fractured my spine and I had 2 surgeries so far..so it hurts!)..anybody know whats up???

Yes, some put a limit on the amount of medication they will pay for in a month. If you are over that limit, then you are responsible. If you find out that is the case, you can wait until closer to running out and see if they will pay for it then.
