Phobia of needles?!?!
Question: i have a big fear of needles! i have to go and get a blood test next Saturday and i scream when i even smell the rubbing alcohol. i scream and cry all thorough out the blood test. i am so scared....anyone else have a phobia similar to mine and how the heck are you getting over it?

id say mabye weair some lotion that smells nice to mask out the smell (it smells so bad =P)
listen to some music or chew gum oh! or you can squeese something squishy lol...that helps alot!
dont be scard because then tour just gunna make it worse then it is
afterwords go buy some cool looking bandades

I faint when I get pricked by a needle. When I have to get a blood test, I ask to lay down and I close my eyes and turn my head. I also ask to lie down for awhile after the test is over. Being pregnant and having to have monthly blood tests really helped me with my fear. I can sit up sometimes, but I still can't watch. I'm getting dizzy just writing about it.
