i would say middle of the day would be quietest anywhere in the world....middle of the night between midnight and 4am would be the busiest

wtf?! when u have an emergency! if ur bleeding to death dont wait a few hours so u can come at a less busy time ...come on ppl

if ur going to a normal doctor for a checkup or something then during the day when most ppl r at work
