umm, try water, blankets, doctor need more? email me!

p.s. wtf were u doing in the snow with sandals!?!?

warm them up, perhaps take an alavert to prevent catching a cold, there is nothing to worry about though

\see links below regarding frostbite and chilblains and act accordingly

dont put hot water on it, it will make it worse just wrap it in a blanket

Check out your feet if there are no visible injuries and the skin is just pink then soak your feet in luke warm water. If it works you should have feeling back in a half hour.

Try not to move your feet around alot. Keep your body warm. Drink some warm liquids.

If you don't have feeling return in a half of a hour after soaking the frostbite areas in luke warm water seek expert medical advice.

If there are burns/blistering/ the color blue I think there is annother procedure let me look it up.

you could have frost bite. Try to warm them up with a hot bath or shower

get some socks on for a start then get those feet warmed up. If it turns black, its frost bitten and they might have to take it off. I suggest you wear shoes in the winter from now on.

soak with warm water and dry them with a towel on

15 hours ago so it's too late for first-aid advice now, but I hope you warmed up slowly, no warm water (risk of burns -because the cold numbs your sense of temperature, you may not notice it's too hot). Room-temp water and body heat is best, and no rubbing, that damages the tissue too.

Also in the future when it's snowing/freezing out, it's fine to go barefoot or in flipflops to school but *carry* warmer backup footwear just in case of getting stuck somewhere. I've been barefoot for eleven years, I have worked barefoot for hours in snow by dressing up very warmly from the ankle up, but I still won't even go to the corner store in freezing conditions without putting some backup footwear in my bag... even though it's been years since I actually put it on. Bare feet (or sandals/flipflops, anything that lets your toes breathe :)) rock, but frostbite is no fun... and while you can try to argue with store owners, managers, teachers, parents and other people, Mother Nature tends not to listen much. If you do like going barefoot/in flipflops a lot there's a very long old answer of mine here that'll tell you how to stretch your limits wearing little or no footwear in winter: http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?...

Hope your feet are better by now and hope this helps for the future, all I can offer since I didn't see the question before it was 15 hrs old
