What is the best way to relieve a bad headache?!
Question: I get BAD headaches. Sometimes, they are migranes. Sleeping or medicine doesnt help!
Last night, I had a god awfol headache. This was a migrane! I was so tired from it, couldnt hardly stand the head lights of other cars when driving... I was almost to tears.
I went to sleep after I got home and woke up with the headache still. I had taken two tylonal 500's, ate... and it didn't get better. Eventually it went away the next day (today).
Any tips for headaches like this?
