I Hit My Wrist Hard?!

Question: I was night cycling with my friend . then while going down slope . but i was upset with relationship stuffs so i was kinda carried away . i didnt saw there was this rock and i ran over it in high speed . i fell and hit my wrist real hard . now is kinda pain . [just yesterday]

helps on how to make it recover fast or some ways to ease the pain ?

You should see a doctor for it. You could have done something to it for example broken something.
