I have difficulty in sleeping and waking when i want to....?!


Question: sometimes i get really lethargic and fall asleep, and ive tried so many things to keep myself awake, cold water rock music teh lot but i fall asleep and when i need to sleep im really stimulated and figety, then when i need to wake i sleep through the alarm even if i havent turned it of and sometimes i sleep for 15 hours!!!

I always feel so drained of energy, i need to boost my bodyclock again but idont know how, any suggestions?

p.s. ive also tried sleeping pills but they make me sleep for insane amounts of hours!

You might try taking the sleeping pills a few hours beforehand. I'll bet your biggest problem is lack of exercise, and that will help your overall health as well. Try some strenuous exercising a couple of hours before bedtime. And get off the computer 2 hours before, too, it's the biggest sleep disruptor in the 21st century.

You might want to see a doctor

I know how you feel, and I'm always tired too.
What you need to do is get yourself on track.
Set a time to fall asleep and set a time to wake up.
Get a LOUD ALARM!
I know, I'm a heavy sleeper too!
I sleep through ANYTHING.
But this really loud alarm I have.
Sleeping for insane amounts of time won't make you energetic--what will is a good sleep schedule.
I'm trying to do the same!
