I tried Miralax before and it did not work. Can I increase a dose, and how much?!

Miralax works for me usually. But I found something that works much better--a glass of prune juice and Benefiber. In fact, Miralax requires me to use so much more, or IOW, I can take as little as 1/8th teaspoon of Benefiber in my prune juice and have it work. If I don't use any of these things, in just a couple days my unowat turns to concrete and I even bleed. I gotta have Benefiber or something like it every day of my life for the rest of my life.
A couple things to know: refined carbs are for diarhea sufferers and not for constipation sufferers. Cooked veggies are good for constipation sufferers. Lotsa cheese is not for constipation sufferers. Etc.
Do not double dose talk to your doctor about other prescription medicines
I wouldn't increase or decrease anything until you ask your doctor. If it meds don't work for you he can change it,
