Pain in my arm..?!
Question: I recently broke my radius bone in my arm. I gor my cast off yesterday and there is supposed to be some pain in my wrist due to stiffness.
This morning when I woke up, my humerus (my arm from elbow to shoulder) has a great pain when I lift it up or behind my back. I'm not sure what this is.
Is this normal? How do I get rid of this pain, I was not sleeping weirdly on my arm last night.

When your arm was in a cast you didn't move it. Your humerus hurts do to mobility, its just sore. Take some ibuprofen it should take care of it. It will be sore for awhile.
