If you were to have a salt bath for stitches, how much salt is put in the bath?!

Question: Just but a few table spoons in one big one or two smallish ones, don't put to much in if your only wanting it to help heal or to clean the area were your stitches are then a few table spoons are enough , putting to much in could make your wound sting , there are little sachets you can get in the chemist that are full of antiseptic and are used for cleaning around your stitches , these may be handier , well depending were and how many stitches you have.
