Ever felt a pinch in the chest?!
Question: Every now and then I feel this pinch in my left side of chest like my heart just stopped. It only lasts for a second or two. If I breathe heavily then pinch like pain gets even worse but if i breathe slowly the pain goes away. Does any one know what that could be?......is it because of my fat?!

Yes. I have felt this before but you need to go have this checked out by your physician. Honestly, no one can tell you what is really going on and if it is cardiac related or not without an exam. Good luck!
i have that problem too i hope you get some answe cause that feeling kills especially when you breath in too hard!!!

I think I experience something similar periodically. I call it "vines" because it feels like vines have wrapped themselves around my ribcage and they break my ribs when I breathe in. It's always on the left side for me as well. It goes away in a minute or so.

Same things happens to me ever since i was little every now and then it kills me sometimes but i have never told my parents about it.
You should probably just go see a doctor. It sounds like its more than serious than you want to believe. I hope its nothing, but I don't think i would fool around with it. You did not say if you were fat or not?
