Is this an ankle sprain from kickboxing?!

Question: When I was kickboxing I kicked a focus mitt with the top of my foot. I missed a little and felt my foot hyperextend downward (toes pointing down, top of foot flat). It feels like my sprain is around the achilles, but the pain is not focused around my achilles. Is this just an ankle sprain in the back of my ankle? Walking is fine, but pointing my toes down hurts. Any ideas what this is?

Possible first degree sprain, go to the doctor, take Ibuprofen 800 mg 3 X a day, wrap it, apply ice, don't work it any more than you have to. It will heal in no time.
