Mines' been bent for 40 year's. Just had a l-4 l-5 fusion last year due to a accident. Yoga keeps your body flexible. The bends for the back are great! Keep bedding flat. Sleep on your back. Sit up straight. Shoulders back. Now if nothing helps, and there's no pain, I repeat, No Pain, please live with who you are. A operation may help, but the pain you feel for life. Remember, it takes all kinds of people to fill the planet. I've never had my back fixed, but now have this fusion to deal with, and the price is high.

It sounds like you have Scoliosis. One of the tests to see if you have it is if when you bend over, you can see an 'S' curve. You should go see a doctor about it, maybe a Chiropractor since they mainly deal with backs and will know a lot about it. You will probably have to have some kind of surgery and/or brace if you want to fix it. There is also a possibility that you could go to a chiropractor regularly for adjustments.
Good luck!

awww dont feel shamed. its not fault. is it??? but im sorry idk how to make it str8. maybe sit up straight wen u sit down. idk

You need to make an appointment with your doctor and discuss this condition. Curve of the spine is not something to be ignored or "cured" by laymen. Depending on the degree of curve your doctor may recommend exercise to slow the curve or may want you fitted with a brace. If he determines that the curve needs to be straightened he may suggest surgery. The type of surgery will probably depend on how sever the curve is and where in your back the curve is. To ignore this is asking for trouble, your spine could continue to curve till you are hunchback, or worse your organs are squeezed into a small space.
