Help!!! everyday around 4-5pm i get a bloated upset stomach?!
Question: does anyone else get this? i was fluish or something for a couple weeks, and now i am fine except aroun 4 or 5 ish i get a bloated nauses stomach....anyone else get this? or have ani ideas? my gf has been getting this as well....could it be a flu bug a virus? any help would be great

Maybe you drink to much colas like Coke, that will definitely give you gas and bloating. Here is a little pressure point that will help nausea. Place three fingers on you left arm at your wrist. Now three fingers from your wrist will put your thumb underneath where at the point, in the middle. apply pressure with your thumb. Works for me and others I have told. If you are drinking colas, cut them out and drink water for a few days, or even tea or coffee, and see if that helps. Good luck.
