My neck hurts?!

Question: I was laying down on the floor watching a movie last night. During the movie I fell asleep and slept on the floor for the rest of the night. Now, my neck hurts, most likely because of the uncomfortable position I was in while I was sleeping. Is there anything I can do [AT HOME] to help make my neck better?

Moist heat and massage. (And some ibuprofin.)
There are moist heating pads available out there that work really well. (That's the best thing.) Also standing in the shower and letting hot water beat on your neck helps.

rub it out the best that you can and try some jumping jacks

I'd try a warm bath or moisten a towel, then heat it for a few seconds in the microwave and put it on your neck. Also advil should help as well.

sleep in a proper position and at day time make some simple exercise for your neck.

I think i would just take some motrin or tylenal and get rest in a bed that isnt such a stiff place to lay, like a floor.

I would try ice packs and motrin/ibuprofen and tylenol.

next I would suggest a chiropractor.
