As soon as you dislocate a bone once, you are susceptible to sustain the same injury later. Your shoulder is weakened by the first injury, and you'll probably have this problem for the rest of your life. You will always have to be careful with your shoulder.

I've met a woman in the street who was lying on the ground after a fall, her shoulder dislocated. I called an ambulance for her. She said she had dislocated her shoulder something like 5 times altogether. It dislocated when she simply tried to stop her fall.

You'll have to give it time, and try to avoid experiencing repeat injuries. A physiotherapist might have exercises to give you to strenghten your shoulder muscles, and relieve the soreness.

same here i benched 405 when i was 16 went to call camp with my varsity team came back with a dislocated shoulder thanks to the cal state recruits. i just attempt to rotate and ice it
