When you have sex you body use your blood to go to your sex zones. It is a lose of blood to your head. Alot of guys get this when they take the little blue pill. After orgasm get up and move around to get the blood flowing again.
by the picture of your avatar and the frankness of your question i can guess that you live in the u.k. therefore you live in a cold climate, you probably don't have enough fresh air in your room, thus causing you to use up all the available oxygen whilst you are engaged in such activities. try having sex outdoors.-blurey
