It's best you don't take sleeping pills. I have a friend whos addicted to them.

You should try to do something tiring before you go to bed, for instance, working out.
If your not into doing somethinng, then just lay in bed on your back, and take deep breaths and let your mind wander to get off the thought of "I can't sleep"

I took it once, and it made me very drossy all the next day, I would not take it again.

yes yes it does, you do develop some resistance to it after a while though, and you need to keep taking more. not sure about the bags.

apparently chloroform is alot mre effective

sleep tight dont bite the bed bugs!!

Try melatonin and don't work out or eat a large meal too close to bedtime. Sleep aids can be addictive and can make you drowsy the next day. The only thing that has worked for me is to take melatonin about 1 hr before I plan to go to bed. Give it a try.

I use Melatonin, not sleeping pills like Nytol. Melatonin is a hormone made by a part of the brain called the pineal gland. Melatonin may help our bodies know when it's time to go to sleep and when it's time to wake up. As we age, our bodies release less Melatonin than when we were younger, and this can lead to sleep difficulty.

I've been taking Melatonin for many years, and it works wonderfully. You don't feel groggy or sleepy the next morning. You don't get bags in the morning. It is a natural remedy. There are no side effects. Pilots and flight attendants use it to help jet lag.

I purchased it here-

it arrived quickly (about a week) and the seller is very professional and fair on the price. I am ready to order it again. You might try it.
