for the price of a good recliner get yourself a massaging chair they are GREAT I have had back surgery and my message chair rocks! even when i dont use message it is comfortable to sit in

None. You need a chair that has a upright back and be supportive. In fact if you really want a decent chair, then locate a Occupational Therapist and get measured for a chair. Yes, we should be measured, to ensure correct height, depth and support. Trouble with recliners, they tend to be the cause of many back problems. Best of Luck
