Take it with caffeine. Most pain killers are more effective when "boosted" by caffeine. And (unless there's some reason why you shouldn't take caffeine) it's much safer than trying some crazy stunt that's likely to OD you.

Why would you want to? If it's not strong enough to get the job done, then tell your doc. Doctors can adjust your meds to help you feel better.
