Swollen painful fingers on both hands?!
Question: I just woke up from sleeping for about an hour and a half with very swollen painful fingers. When I ball up my fists I can see areas of white where there some excess fluid. It also hurts. I did not injure my hands in any way. I have not changed any medications recently. My engagement ring which is normally a size too big was so tight I could barely get it off. Has anyone ever experienced this before or have any idea what it might be? Thanks!!

Have you been drinkin' more water or any fluids more than usual. Cuz this will cause that. When your body isn't used to all the water, it tends to store it. If nothing else, check with your doctor. Good luck.
