i dont know, but i get that crap, but i have high blood pressure. it could be stress, anxiety or a sorts of things. just make sure you stay calm and chill most the time...
Could indeed be many things including something as simple as a pulled muscle or gas or as serious as heart trouble! Since you are still young I doubt the latter, but just to be safe I'd get it checked out by a doctor asap!! Better safe than sorry!! And even if it is nothing - you will be relieved to hear from a qualified professional that all is ok!!! Good Luck!!
