My finger was immoblized for 6 weeks, will warm water lossen the joints up?!
Question: Warm water will help but you are going to need some physical therapy. I hurt my finger a while back and it took sometime getting it back again. Try putting rice in a big bowl and some marbles in the bowl with the rice and then running your hands in it ...like if you were kneading dough. Good luck!

follow the advice of your orthopedist and request physical therapy.
Move it a little bit every day and get a massage therapist to massage your arm, since there are tendons and muscles that link up with your finger.
yes.. but its not a cure.. i broke my finger and everynight i bent it.. (i only broke the tip) and it was still horribly pain full and HARD! sooooo.. if you feel its hard for you.. see a doctor.. and it should help.. ur finger wont be strong at first.. and it will still be tender.. but dont worry.. just if your sitting there.. just try to bend it.. even if you grab it and bend it.. then that iwll help. DONT FORCE IT THO! like you dont want to hurt it..
warm water will help.. but its def. not the cure!
