Why do i always feel like vomiting every morning?!

Question: I don't actually vomit i just gag and sometimes some saliva comes out. It has happened every morning for the past 2 weeks.
I am not pregnant, i am a male. I am 14 years old.
I know that:
- recently i have had very late nights
- I've been eating late

But why do i gag in the morning. I always have late dinners and nights.

Thanks heaps,
Beau

Hey,
its a pure acidity problem. Take some antacid or try a piece of ginger. A glass of lemon and water also is effective.
is it that you always HAVE to eat late and have to have late nights. If it is so, first thing is try to avoid this as it may turn into Hyperacidity which is extremely horrible. If not, eat some light food and in the whole day try not to keep long distance in the meals. Have small meals 4 times a day. It really helps. When you get up in the morning eat a biscuit or so. It also helps.
visit a doctor as soon as possible as summer has come. this problem gets more severe in summer.
Best of Luck.

You're bulimic

TELL UR PARENTS ITS DEFINITELY NOT NORMAL AND IT COULD BE SERIOUS

Tell your parents, this is not normal.
It can be maybe,...what your eating at late nights. Maybe.

It could be that because you're eating heavy meals late at night which aren't being completely digsted and so don't pass through the stomach completely, you're getting reflux symptoms. Try eating earlier, and avoid foods like cheese, or processed sugar such as sweets or cakes. Also you say you're 14, but are you drinking or smoking late at night and heavily at all? This could also be a reason for morning sickness. if its only a recent thing even though your lifestyle hasnt changed significantly, maybe are you unda extra pressure or stress, such as midterms or team tryouts?

At the end of the day no amount of info on here can beat going to see your doctor. I know sometimes guys especially hate seeing their doc, but if it doesn't get better you really should.

it sounds like anxiety Ive had this before
