Is it healthier to get a shower in the morning or night?!

Question: I have always gotten mine at night, but I was just curious. Thanks!

That's an interesting question...but I really dont think it matters. You're only clean for so long before you need another shower, so whether that shower comes in the morning or at night really shouldn't make a difference.

i dont think it really matters. i like showering at night that way i can sleep in longer, and still be all clean in the morning

i hate showering in morning.then i have to straighten my hair, dry it, and do everything else before school. at night i hop in, hop out, straighten hair, etc, then when i wake up, i dont gotta do it all. i dont think any one of night or day is healthier. its just a shower.

When you think about it, I would say definately at night.

My reasoning is very simple. We tend to be active during the day, and get ourselves into things that should probably be washed away.

Where as when we sleep, we tend to be stationary, and relatively clean.

So unless you sleepwalk, I would say take one at night.

Hope this helps.

It doesn't really matter.
Some people like night showers because they are relaxing & help them to sleep.
Others like to take AM showers because they feel it helps them wake up.

I always have mine at night before bed. My question. I take a clean fresh large bath towel out of the warm cupboard. I then have my shower, have a good clean, wash my hair and then step out onto my mat, wrap up in my nice clean warm bath towel. The bath towel get wet, but because I am 'clean' does not get dirty? So how often should I wash my bath towel?
