Jammed finger?!


Question: Hey ya o i jammed my finger todya playin basketball, the one next to my pinky. I know its not broken cas rite away i was able to bend it and stuff and ive broken my finger b4 so i kno wwat those feel like would it heal faaaster if i liek pul it hard to pop it nd then ice it i hav baseball tryouts next week and i need hav it better by then hah cas last year i ripped my achilles a week b4 tryouts also.. i guess its just bad luck. thanks

You should have pulled it when it happened. Feel the bone, if it doesn't hurt, then you probably just tore a ligament. Soak your hand in hot Epson Salt water. Tape the injured finger to the middle finger next to it. Ice should have been applied first, but after a day or so the heat can be used. The Epson Salt Water will take away the swelling if there is any and the pain. Always pull on a finger when you first stow it. Good luck. Use the water as hot as you can stand it.

sounds like its just jammed kinda bad, just tape with next to your ring finger.

see a doctor and get a splint or just use medical tape to tape it to your middle finger. Before u do any of that- make sue u have put it back into place, otherwise u will make it worse.
