I can't sleep at night...help ??!


Question: what are some tricks or anything to do to get to sleep easy...or are there any foods or something that makes me sleepy ?

Eat turkey. Has sleep endorphins. Don't drink coffee, drink water during the day. Sex before sleep helps (not kidding). Exercise during the day helps bring on sleep. Good luck.

do you eat before you go 2 bed? play computer games before bed? or watch lots of tv before bed? if so stop doing this. if you dont do any of these then try herbal tea or warm milk.

tire yourself up during the day...

Both myself and my friend are the same way. You need to avoid chocolate or anything with caffine and no big meals before you go to bed, drink anything no later than 90mins before you go to bed (stops you from needing to go to bathroom) and make sure you room is at a good temperature-I usually have my window open so my room is freezing but Im snuggled up in bed-that just seems to work for me. Try reading a book, that helps me some nights but other nights I don't like to put the book down. If none of the above works, take a herbal sleeping pill, I have taken these in the past and they have worked wonders to relax me. All the best.

u should dont think anything at night and before u go to bed u just had dinner and take a shower first anyway some poeple like u in my country they can not sleep at night also but they alway take madichine coz they think that it make their sleepy however i find that they are wrong.

humming a sweet relaxing tune while thinking of the good ol' days and stuff like that. if that doesn't work than pretend your asleep... and before you even realize it it's morning. walah!! hehe :D good night

i have had this problem for a long time and tried different things. I found the best thing to do apart from prescription drugs is to take natural sleep remedies to relax you a nice relaxing bath and have your meal earlier as if you have a meal to late it can keep you awake and also a warm milky drink helps.
