Do not know...If they become engorged so much and you do it just before they remove there needle...it sounds possible.
Not a good thing to allow though what with the way blood borne viruses are spreading...
The mosquito puts its thing in your skin to suck your blood, so once you flex, your muscle holds it in. The mosquito can not pull itself out of your arm.
