You could have strained your eye from starring at the computer too long or being in bright light. Does your head hurt, too? That could be a migraine. Also, if you have allergies or sinus issues, this is usually a first sign that you need to take some medicine for that.

The human body is marvelously complex, and we at times wonder how it works. All our organs work closely together at all times. Think of where your eyes are located in the skull which is its protective case, and also think of the nerves and tissues that are embedded there.
As humans we are susceptible to aches and pains no matter how hard we try but some of these are afflicted by us. Your symptom can be the result of various problems because of our organs, tissues, nerves work together. However, this could be coming from pressure within your mid brain, which controls the vision and eye reflexes, also many involuntary muscle activities. If you need rest the eyes have a way of telling you. Also, if there is excessive pressure on the nerves of your eyes there will be involuntary muscle activities.
If your diet is not right and you develop gas this can also pass to this area giving this reaction.
Also what I would recommend is for you to first see your primary doctor who after he has run tests, will determine if it is just you being tired or that something serious is developing. Then if it continue, see an opthalmologist who will be able to look beyong the forefront and see what is taking place elsewhere.Take action it is your health, however simple it might look or feel.
