Can you get headaches from being dehydrated?!

Question: I always get headaches when I'm working out or when I've just finished working out. I'm wondering if I'm not drinking enough water.

Yes, you can get a headache from dehydration. Our bodies use about 2/12 quarts of water each day. So, we have to drink water throughout the day to replace it and not just when we feel thirsty. In fact, one of the most common causes of headaches is dehydration.

yes that totally can cause bad headaches---plus your electorlytes can drop, so you should try drinking a lot more water before or even try something like propel water or gatorade =)

yes

Yes, but I wasn't aware of this until I seen a recent Tylonel commercial. It basically said that some headaches are avoidable if you drink more water.
