My throat and neck hurt when i swollow or move my neck?!
Question: Everytime i swollow my throat hurts really bad I just have little coughs cause i smoke but thats it.My neck is killing me Whenever i move it.I can talk normaly But it hurts when i talk I cant find anything on the internet of what it could be and i have to work today...Can anybody help me??and should i stay home from work today?

my needs a strep test, look for pus pocket on the tonsils-I would not go to work if strep is a possibility, you maybe contiguous-
sounds like if you have a high fever you don't want to be going to work! you don't want to infect other around you! i would make an appt with a dr today so that it can be treated right away!
GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!
you may have strep throat or tonsilitis. Go to a dr for some anti biotics. Gargle with warm salt water will relieve the pain short term.
I feel you. I just went to the doctor with the very same symptoms, He ran a strep, that was not it, so he ran one for mono which is also a virus, he took me out of work for 3 days, stay home and see the doc!!! Feel better
