Can tension headaches be due to eyesight problems?!
Question: I get tension headaches all the time, especially at the end of a day at university. I thought maybe they were due to stress? but could they also be due to eyesight problems? my eyes hurt too.. but I ahvent been staring at computers or anything like that..

Tension headaches are from stress and anxieties. They are usually but not always located around the temples.Learn and practice meditation and prayer coupled with exorcise, they are the best-est stress reducers.
If your eyes hurt, and you only have two....might as well get them checked for they can not be replaced...
How are your sinuses? The nasal passages go all around our face and around the eyes too.

Before i got glasses my head did hurt some, but what you are describing also could be due to sinus issues. your best bet is to talk it over with your primary care physician. he/she can refer you if necessary.
I would think it's just stress...it's university after all! Could be eye problems though. You might want to get your eyes tested, you might need glasses. Straining your eyes all day to see would surely give you headaches, so I wouldn't doubt it.
