First of all, have a parent make an appointment with your doctor. You need to figure out if this is serious. In the meantime...

Try laying with your back flat on the floor and your knees bent like you are sitting in a chair and rest your lower legs on something like a chair or couch. Relax this way for at least 15 minutes. You can read or watch TV while doing this, just make sure you are relaxed. This worked well for my ex to relieve lower back pain from mild scoliosis.

If that doesn't work and you don't get satisfactory results, go to a chiropractor. I have to sleep on a five-foot bench with a big crease in the middle whenever my son goes into the hospital. My back always hurts for weeks after that. Last time after about three months I went to a chiropractor. She didn't manipulate my body like I had seen before. She used a tool that was shaped kind of like a syringe (without the needle), called an activator. I think it used small bursts of air to move the bones. It took my husband about two months to convince me to go because I was scared of the manipulation techniques that I was familiar with. It was a lot less scary, to me anyway, then what I had experienced before. It took about five visits over about four weeks and I haven't had any problems since.

it could be a hairline frcture. or something serious. you should ask your coach or get it checked before doing anything
