Have you ever had your foot fall asleep so bad that it's numb?!

Question: ...and when you try to walk on it, it is like walking on a nub. lol. And then when it finally "wakes up" it starts tingling so bad that it hurts but it makes you laugh?

or is this just me.

=P

Yes, mine does that too. Ages ago, when I was at school, I was sitting in assembly with my legs crossed. Eventually when we were allowed to get up, both my legs, from the knees down were completely numb. I had to get two friends to hold me up until the feeling came back into my legs, which took a good 5 mins. I suffer from poor circulation - perhaps you do to! To avoid it, don't cross your legs or sit on your feet for long periods of time.

yes happen many times

yes, when i am studying. it sucks when that happens because it hurts when you try to walk on it to wake it up.

This happens when your blood vessels are pinched enough that blood flow is cut off from your muscles. The lack of oxygen will cause temporary numbness in whatever you were restricting flow to. The tingling and pain is the blood returning to a normal flow, muscles regaining its oxygen supply and neurons regaining their oxygen also.

yes, that's a strange feeling lol
