How do i get rid of my fear of pain?!


Question: I want to be a pro wrestler but i'm kind of afraid of pain. sucks right. so i want to get rid of this fear so i'm not afraid of being hit in the head with a steel chair or getting thrown on the ground. please don't ask why or make pointless comments. if you have an answer to my problem please do share!!!

Several ways will help but I doubt all fear will be eliminated. It is the very nature of life, like a gift, part of our emotions.

Fear can be a negative energy and a positive one...It can stop us like it is you or, it can cause us to run or perform super human things not normally accomplished to save a life...

To further answer to your question, we all have these animals inside us. We choose which one to feed...and everything starts with a thought. It then grows from there.

Yours is no longer a problem for you know about it so there is no denying it and therefore, half the battle is won and no longer a problem but a complication.

We all must face our fears for a hero dies but one death whilst a coward faces thousands. Where did the fear come from? Was it learned and or taught? Was it justified at the time of learning to be real or was it simply perceived to be justified?

Knowing it was in the past automatically separates it from the present for it was in the past. Therefore we must live in the moment and not the past for wasting time, one of the precious gifts of today is, the profoundest way of wasting the gift of today, the moment, the "present". [sorry i tired]

Let go of the past. Let go of the negatives.

Me, I sometimes find old wounds and the moment I do, I say Oh I see now...then I laugh it off and give them up to God to take.

I also meditate and pray. When I meditate, I inhale positive energy and exhale the negatives in quasi measured rhythmic patterns. As I relax my body from toe to head (you can go head to toe), I remain focused with breathing. Just breathing and feeling each area relax section by section.

After 15 or 20 minutes of time, sometimes longer...nothing else is in my mind and I am at peace...No worry, no fear, just peace and happiness.

Should I find a negative, in this trance like state, I embrace it and give it up letting it go to the universe to take...

I would assume you have started school for wrestling? If not, there is no time like the "present"!

You will not get the chair upside your head until you have practiced...It is staged and maybe phony in that sense but the impacts are quite real and powerfully dangerous if not executed with perfection.

go through the pain duh you have to actually do it to get used to it building block dont get hit in the head on the first day or anything but go slow

I think you just have to face it and find out you get over it. Most women are scared to death before having their first baby, but then they seem to have more typically.

Nobody likes pain, so you need to dish out more than you take.

A good answer to your question is simple,, pro westling is staged,,,fake,,,they are not afraid of pain because most of them don't feel much due to the fact that 99.5% of what they do is staged,,not real,,,BS,,and they are good at getting people to believe it is real. That's why it isn't regulated like a sport,,it's not a sport,, it's a show

People that are not afraid of pain are not strong,,,just stupid. I live in pain 24/7 and I assure you there is no way of not fearing pain, unless you are too stoned to care or too dumb to know different

wrestle with your brother or one of your friends. don't purposely wrestle for the heck of it. when you guys are joking around, pretend to shove him to the ground and when you guys wrestle, you aget used to the pain.
