Twitching muscles is usually indicative to low potassium levels. Eat a banana or avocado. Or take a potassium supplement.
you probably need to go for an eye test just in case - this is normally associated with eye strain.
are you tired?
i used to get it quite alot also. i think it was because i was run down. get some sleep...
Perhaps you could investigate a web search for magnesium + twitching.
